easy hash browns

imagine it: hash browns that cook themselves to delicious brown perfection.
i'll admit it: i can't cook hash browns on a skillet for crap. one time, my brother claimed i served him raw hash browns. then again, he's a drama king. nonetheless, i found a way to avoid all this spud drama.

ingredients
 - a frozen bag of hash browns
 - oil (veggie or olive oil)
 - muffin pan
 - oven

directions
 1) preheat oven to 425
 2) pile hash browns into muffin cups. make sure that they convex out of the muffin things
 3) drizzle with oil, and cook for twenty minutes. flip, then cook for 5-10 more minutes.
 4) serve immediately.

these are really nice for lazy people (i.e., me) because you basically stick it in the oven and let it cook.
