rollin' in dough (eggless cookie dough recipe)

my sources (see endnote) say that teenage girls make up the majority of raw cookie dough consumers. then again, i can see why.
there is no preparation; all you do is scoop up a spoonful.
it's delicious.

aaaand, by eating it raw, you are successfully rebelling against those pesky labels warning consumers to "DO NOT EAT RAW DOUGH". pssshh, those labels are on everything. talk about street cred. (btw, salmonella and E. coli poisoning is pretty serious, even though the first raw cookie dough outbreak happened in 2009. just saying.)

anyways, my family is too cheap to actively buy cookie dough when we run out, so i took matters in my own hands and found a (delicious) recipe for this awesome treat. it's fairly simple, and you should have the ingredients on hand. i like to think of it as 3-2-1 (and 1.5), as you might guess why (i tried to explain, but the explanation made it more confusing. basically, there's 3 tbsp. something, and 2, and 1, and 1.5 tbsp butter. it's easy to remember as long as you know there's more flour than sugar).

enjoy.

recipe adapted from cut out and keep

 1. cut 1.5 tablespoons of butter from the stick, and place in a bowl. add everything except for the chocolate chips, and stir.
